Last weekend we packed up the car (not the van for once!!) and headed to Dingle, Co. Kerry for the Dingle Food Fest, where the Blas na hEireann winners were to be announced. img_7055


Obviously, being at a food festival, we spent the majority of the Saturday eating all sorts of food. Our main foodie indulgence came on Saturday evening when we went out for a meal in celebration of our Gold Award for our Dark Chocolate Biscuit Cake!



Being in a sea side town, we were delighted to spend the evening enjoying the best of what the sea has to offer. From fish pie, to lobster, to oysters, it was all delicious, we even managed to sneak in a few desserts…. all in celebration of course !!
